How ProofIQ protects account and purchase records.
ProofIQ stores files and records so users can manage receipts, warranties, returns and shared purchase information. Security depends on product controls and good account hygiene.
Account access
Users sign in to access their records. Team access is controlled by owner and member permissions.
Data protection
Files and records are stored to provide the service. Access controls separate personal and team records, and the service uses HTTPS for transport security.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. ProofIQ does not store card details directly.
Your responsibility
Use a strong password, keep your email and account secure, and review shared team access when people join or leave.
