ProofIQ helps you store purchase records and warranty information and generate claim-ready summaries. These terms govern your use of the app.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the accuracy of the information you upload. You must only upload content that you have the right to use.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant the service permission to process your uploads solely to provide product features, such as item tracking and claims packs.
AI extraction and scan outputs may be wrong and should be reviewed. Warranty and return reminders are convenience tools and are not guaranteed.
Any generated summaries or claim templates are provided for convenience and do not constitute legal advice. You should review any claim before sending it.
Paid plans, trials and billing are handled through Stripe. We may suspend access for unpaid or cancelled subscriptions while preserving records according to product rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date.
